Owner, Nisa Windsong

Nisa became a Pilates believer while earning a Certificate of Fine Arts at CAL Arts, where she studied dance and choreography. She received her Pilates certification from Long Beach Dance Conditioning & Master Teacher Marie-Jose Blom in 1997. As a “Smart fitness” geek, Nisa is passionate about educating people to properly execute exercise with the best form and to get real results! She has a gift for seeing potential in each client and working with their individual bodies to create lasting health.

Nisa loves what she does and tackles each class with passion, positive support and inspiration!

Nisa has been honored to train people recovering from injuries and suffering from chronic pain, pregnant women, new moms, athletes, seniors and anyone with a desire to become more fit. She teaches with kindness, optimism and creativity.

Elise Heil


Elise became a certified Mat Pilates instructor in 2008 through Physical Mind Body Institute. From the beginning Elise has been energetic and passionate about movement. As an athlete and dancer, she fell in love with the benefits Pilates offers. Elise suffered from chronic back pain and thought it would be a life long struggle. Through her practice, that pain is no more. Elise is driven to help others who also deal with pain. Teaching Pilates has given her the opportunity to help others find strength and connection with their bodies. Elise is always continuing her education, and this last year was certified with Stott Pilates method to teach Pilates on the reformer.
